SQL Quiz 101 - SELECT Query

SQL is a powerful relational database programming language. Many IT professionals find it useful in their day to day activities including, DBAs, DB programmers, Software Testers etc. The SELECT statement retrieves rows of data from your database table. Within retrieved rows you may further narrow down which columns would appear. Conditions for filtering can be applied as well. The SELECT statement can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be (depending on your requirement).
